Our Pastor

Welcome to our new pastor, Bro. Tim Bailey!

Bro. Tim comes to Crossroads with over 30 years of ministry experience with a focus on planting and supporting new churches. He has served as Senior Pastor and Interim Pastor at multiple churches as well as serving with the North American Mission Board and Illinois State Baptist Association.  His desire is to see God’s kingdom advance in North America and around the world.  

Tim and his wife, Laurie, have been married for 42 years.  Laurie works part time as a Registered Nurse in a local hospital.  They have three children and five grandchildren who live in Illinois, New York and Australia.
